Although it can be daunting at first our experienced team are always on hand to provide help and support - remember most of them started as an apprentice too.

What Leeds College of Building Say About our Induction Process

“I was very impressed with the way you made sure they were fully aware of what to expect and also how you made sure the parents were involved.

Your Health and Safety Manager really opened my eyes with his facts and figures and made very good points which I am sure the new learners will not forget.

It is a very good induction process you have and very pleasing to see Directors and Managers get involved in such a way at such an early stage.'

- Martin Senior, Work Based Learning Advisor
