Renaissance Wins Environmental Award

Congratulations to Abstract Securities on winning 'Sustainable Achievement of the Year' at the Office Agents Society Development Awards 2014.

The award, presented to them for their recent office development 'Renaissance Croydon', gives further credibility to their philosophy of building efficient, low cost, yet high-quality buildings across the UK.

The Judges commented;

‘This building clearly demonstrates the ability of the developer to deliver an extremely efficient and cost-effective building to the modern occupier. Securing a BREEAM Excellent 2011 rating and an EPC close to ‘A’ at a modest build cost has resulted in the letting of the majority of the building in a market otherwise generously furnished with inefficient stock.’

Derry Building Services worked with Abstract Securities and Bowmer & Kirkland to provide all of the mechanical and electrical services within the development.
