About The Project:

The building was an existing shell and core construction with no installed services. The contract works included the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services to serve all seven floors.

The building comprises seven levels of office space with central WC cores, a basement level containing car parking, existing incoming gas and mains water into the basement and tank room. As well as roof top air handling unit and Chiller plant area and prefabricated packaged plant room.

The building is serviced vertically through the 2 central core rises and horizontally through the ceiling voids on the floors.
