Imagination Technologies Phase 3

About The Project:

This project was the third phase of works for Imagination Technologies and consisted of a new build, three story, state-of-the-art office block.

The prestigious reception area of Imagination House includes a large format, ultra-high resolution video wall display. The rest of the building comprises of internal meeting, presentation and conferencing rooms, large open plan office areas, server rooms, WCs and an underground carpark.

DBS were responsible for all of the mechanical and electrical services within the building including a rooftop solar photovoltaic system, numerous bespoke power and data modules to the office desking, power and controls for an automatic ventilation system to the high level atrium windows, the supply and installation of a hi-tec security system, and the car park ventilation system.
