About The Project:
Curry’s RDC Distribution Centre is located at Western Approach Business Park, Bristol.
The project involved the construction of a 250,000 square foot warehouse with a two storey main office block as well as several small integral offices within the main warehouse.
The design and build installation of the mechanical and electrical services included:

Mechanical Scope:
- High velocity ventilation ductwork system to the main warehouse storage area
- Independent supply and extract air handling ventilation plant systems
- Public health installation infrastructure
- Comfort cooling to the main offices
- Communications room close control air conditioning system
- Fully networked H and V building management control system
Electrical Scope:
- New 1600KVA packaged sub-stations
- An 800KVA containerised generator
- Emergency lighting and central battery system
- Lighting busbar distribution system
- Fire alarm system
- Security systems including CCTV, access control and intruder alarms
- Data cabling installation
