About The Project:
The hotel is located in the heart of Manchester’s award winning Green Quarter Regeneration Development. It is opposite the MEN Arena and within close proximity of the Commonwealth Games Velodrome.
The hotel offers 252 guest rooms and suites all featuring floor to ceiling windows to provide guests with uninterrupted views of the city. It also offers seven meeting and conference rooms, the largest spanning 202 square metres, a leisure suite including a spa with two treatment rooms, a sauna, steam room and swimming pool along with a 145 capacity restaurant, terrace and beer garden.
The building services programme was completed in 52 weeks including design and installation with the building being successfully handed over to the client in July 2009.
