About The Project:

Center Parcs, Woburn Forest is set in 365 acres of woodland in the heart of Bedfordshire.

With 625 forest lodges, each specifically designed for families with open plan living and kitchen areas, the village has two main areas - the Village Square and The Plaza.

The Village Square consists of the Subtropical Swimming Paradise, which will be heated to 29.5°C all year round and includes a wave pool, toddler pool, family play area, Lazy River, Wild Water Rapids and three exciting water rides, as well as bowling alleys, Guest Services, Medical Centre, retail outlets and restaurants.

The Plaza is situated near to the lake and will consist of sporting facilities, a children’s club, The Venue, exercise and fitness studios, pottery painting studio, a 75 bed luxury hotel and spa and further retail outlets and restaurants

The Pancake House is located next to the lake with a small beach and The Boathouse.

There will also be a will be a wide range of outdoor facilities offering activities for all of the family.

Derry Building Services have provided the complete design and build of the mechanical, electrical, sprinkler protection and Public Health Services associated with the following buildings.

• Center 1 North
• Center 1 South
• Center 2
• Pancake House
