About The Project:

Wealmore has become a market leader in the packing and wholesaling of fresh produce and supplies all of the major UK supermarkets.


Following a fire in 2007 the factory was completely destroyed calling for a new factory to be built in its place. Within the one factory, there are two buildings. One where the fruit and vegetables are delivered, washed and stored and the second where the products are processed and packaged before they are despatched for sale.


There are also a number of offices and changing rooms.
