Mark Townsend
Managing DirectorMark has spent most of his career at DBS, over 30 years in fact!
He’s worked his way up from Apprentice to Managing Director and is passionate about the business and its people.
He strongly believes that empowering the next generation is the best way to secure a successful future and it is this vision that has seen the business grow from one turning over £8 million to one turning over £80 million, and employing around 260 people, throughout his tenure.
